After your one-year recheck with Dr. Wilson, if you do not need any further support—no questions, concerns, or medication changes—you can use this refill-only service. It does not include a consultation or book an appointment.

If you need to discuss your pet’s progress or treatment, book a regular recheck online.

Include all prescriptions together

The fee is $40 per request, not per prescription. Include all prescriptions you need refills for in one request.

Call the clinic to pay

Once you submit your request, please call Alta Vista Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centre at 613-731-9911 for payment. Refills are filled once payment is received and confirmed.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refills and request well before medication runs out.
